What Paragon publications are.

Paragon publications are evidence-informed field guides and practical tools. They cover operational readiness, retention, recognition, decision-making, and performance under pressure.

Each one is written for the people who plan and oversee training: safety leads, operations managers, clinical directors, and response team coordinators. They are short by design, meant to be read once and used afterward.
