• Contact and inquiry details: name, email address, phone number, organization/company name, course or training interest, and the content of your message, when you submit our contact form or request a quote.
• Registration details: name and email address when you register for a public training session. Payment for public sessions is processed directly by our third-party payment processor, Stripe; we do not receive or store your full card number.
• Correspondence: information you provide when you email, call, or message us (including via WhatsApp).

We also automatically collect limited technical information when you visit the site, such as pages viewed, general location (city/region level), device and browser type, and referring pages, through standard website analytics. This helps us understand how the site is used and improve it.

We use personal information to:

• Respond to inquiries and provide quotes for training
• Process and manage registrations for public and private courses
• Coordinate on-site and corporate training delivery
• Maintain records required for certification, WSIB compliance, and accreditation bodies we work with (such as Heart & Stroke Foundation), where applicable

We retain personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, including any recordkeeping required for certification and compliance purposes, and then delete or de-identify it.

We will respond within a reasonable time.

Our website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. Our Babysitting Course is designed for youth participants, but registration and any personal information for that course is provided by a parent or guardian, not collected from a child directly through this website.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
